How much do you charge for delivery?

All orders placed via Standard Delivery are despatched as per the lead times below and then delivered via Royal Mail 48hr or Royal Mail 24hr depending on the service you have chosen.

All orders placed via Tracked Delivery are despatched as per the lead times as stated below and then delivered via Royal Mail Tracked.

Lead Times 

All products carry a 1-3 day lead time.

 

I have not received my order?

 

Please contact us and we can then try and help find out why your order may not have arrived. We will always do our very best to help.

I gave you the wrong address?

 

Please contact us at the earliest opportunity and let us know if the address given was incorrect, we can hopefully then try and get address changed before any orders are sent out. Please do check your details carefully before ordering as we cannot take any responsibility for orders that do not reach you due to inaccurate delivery details.

 

 RETURNS

 

Can I return an item, I no longer want?

 

Unfortunately we can only accept returns on non personalised items, see our return policy. We can't resell items that have been made to order and personalised to your requirements so unfortunately these items are non returnable and cannot be returned back to us for a refund or exchange unless item was faulty. All non personalised items need to be returned back to us in the original condition it was first received within 14 calendar days, we will issue refund of the cost of item paid minus postage or we can exchange, we will arrange this the same day we receive the item back and you will receive email notification.

 

How do I return my order, its faulty?

 

All of our items have been quality checked and are of a very high quality, we can be sure that they reach you in a perfect condition. But in the very rare instance you are not happy with your order for any reason then please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order via email at stargiftsuk@yahoo.com and we can arrange for you to return your order back to us. We will also refund your delivery charge for any faulty orders returned back to us, all we ask is that you provide proof of postage.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and can not be a personalised item as these items are exempt from this policy. Personalised items are non returnable and non exchangeable unless faulty.

To start a return, you can contact us at stargiftsuk@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted we will tell you where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns on any item that has been personalised. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items unless faulty.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
